This has to be the most heart wrenching yet beautiful story I've ever read. I'm finding it difficult the put my feelings into words but I can say that it invoked such deep sadness and joy both.
It really is an emotional rollercoaster of a book and a beautifully written one at that. I'd say if you read anything this year it has to be this book.
I usually prefer to fiction to be full of fantasy and magical escapism. This book is nothing like anything I've read and for that reason I'm so glad I've had to chance to experience it.
