Just as good as the first.
This was really nice. I really enjoy how Emma Hamm writes romance. I feel like her characters fall in love. That is to say, there is intention to it. They aren’t stumbling or teleporting into love. We watch them learn to love one another and struggle with the implications of it, but they don’t hide or miscommunicate like so many other stories.
This book is about Greed and the thief who saved him from the vile criminals who want to take his throne.
Simple enough concept, but very well executed. This feels like a proper romance. I had a good time.
