Ok this is my first classic that I have read (well read by choice and not for school) and I really liked this book I stayed away from this because I thought it would be boring and difficult, but the language is easy to understand.
- I did find Henry insufferable though when stuff is getting interesting this man is all like ooh let me just talk about my ideals or this might have just been me disliking monologues
- I was so mad when Sybil’s brother died, but i cannot decide if I would have liked that ending more or the regular one
- On the topic of endings, that was a really good (but a little anticlamic) one in a poetic sense it is good enough but I wish it were a bit more dramatic
Edit just found out that Henry was supposed to be a bad dude and symbolize the devil and be the reason Dorian is corrupted my view on this book is way different now
