Each book in the River of London series is like drinking a pint of your favourite tipple. It's familiar, smooth, packs a punch and leaves you smiling. This is why I try to space them out instead of binging.

This 4th installment is a bit heavier on the architectural exposition than I remember the earlier ones being. However, I still LOLed lots and that twist at the end!
