Unbeknownst to me every chapter was a different story which seemed promising after the bland plot and dissatisfaction of the first chapter but each chapter that followed was just the same reheated serving of desperate attempts to be quirky that were hard to digest. The sunk cost fallacy at its finest, can’t believe I made into the third chapter.

To be fair, many found the book enjoyable. Not my taste I guess.
