I really enjoyed this!! I am embarrassed to say that, as a former female swimmer/athlete, I had never heard this story! I loved all the history about swimming that was shared at the beginning, however, I did find it to be TOO detailed and wordy at some points.

Every female athlete, especially swimmers, should read this!
