I really enjoyed this volume. While volume 1 focused on Talanah, volume 2 focuses on Erend. His story benefits from having Aloy in it for the whole ride and is also a much concise adventure, ends satisfying enough. Plus it ties in perfectly with Erend’s side quest in Forbidden West.

It left me with a nice smile after finishing. Heartwarming to find out backstory on other characters.

I highly recommend this one to fans. Adds to the lore and has multiple guest stars.
