The Problems of Philosophy
by Bertrand Russell
challenging
informative
reflective
medium-paced
I think I only made it through because I was reading a biography on Russell that frequently mentioned this book.
It’s okay, but not really well written. At least not well written if intended for a general audience in 2025 and I would suspect the same for a “general” audience in the early 1900’s. It’s just too shallow to do much justice and too convoluted to achieve the palatability that I believe Russell thought he was achieving or at least hoped to achieve.
