Harmony and High Heels by Tracy Wolff, Katie Graykowski

5.0

Harmony “Harm” Wright is not happy with her life. Then a chance comes along where she can shine. But if you know these authors at all you will know that nothing is easy. I loved how the Food Network sneaks in to the story. It’s one of my go to channels and I could totally picture watching a show with Harmony in it. Dalton Mane is a man who shows that dreams can come true. His life might have seemed sane but that was before a certain woman entered his life.

Harmony and her sister, Lyric, are total opposites. Both Lyric and her husband make an appearance here. It shows that their story isn’t over yet. But if you haven’t read Lyric and Lingerie, after finishing this book you may want to go back and check it out. There are several other characters that have continued into this story. One such character is Cherry Cherry. She is an experience that I was glad to see again. For a character that doesn’t speak, she knows how to steal a scene. Was also very happy to see the whirlwind that is known as Tre – he’s an experience that you will enjoy.

I couldn’t think of a way to best describe Harmony but you’ll come upon a scene where Dalton comes up with the perfect description. Our Authors know just the right combination to get their readers to laugh. My mother always taught me that you don’t laugh at people’s situations but she’d never come across Harmony and Lyric. And just like Harmony, the ending is unique and I look forward to seeing what this duo will create next.

I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
