Although I love the premise of BFF-turned-lovers, this is quite not as good as the first installment.

Happy Charlie is long-time friends with dour, commitment-phobe Misha. They've been best friends forever that they don't even consider each other as potential partners but everyone else around them does.

The trademark Morton wit is still there in the narrative and dialogue, but when the light bulb turns on after 20 years of friendship, the two MCs don't know how to deal aside from having copious amount of sex.

Secondary and tertiary characters are cute, but the abundance of name-dropping is not. I got tired of googling references after the third one popped up.
