Cross Bones by Kathy Reichs

5.0

As a person who isn't super interested in religion, I found this book utterly fascinating, and never preachy - only factual. Temperance Brennan at her best, along with all of the suspense, intrigue, murder, and (more recently) romance that's come to be expected from Kathy's novels. I learned a lot about Israel, as well, which never hurts. Alternate cultures have always sparked my intrigue, and the web woven throughout here is well worth the read.
