Seeing Red by Sandra Brown
4.0

I am sucker for all things Sandra Brown and after seeing the synopsis for Seeing Red; I couldn’t wait to delve into her latest romantic suspense. I’ve read all of Brown’s books in this genre, and this is one of her best. It’s a fast paced and thrilling ride. There are plenty of interesting twists and turns, along with a slow burning romance that had me glued to my Kindle.

Kerra is an intelligent and fierce heroine, and I adored her completely. I was somewhat unsure of Trapper in the beginning, but he quickly won me over. I couldn’t get enough of the chemistry between these two. Their banter and disdain for one another creates the best sexual tension. This something Brown has always excelled at and why I continue to read her books year after year.

“Kindly leave.”
“I don’t do anything kindly.”
“That I can certify.”

Brown’s books are always entertaining, but the suspense side can be predictable. However, I was impressed with the mystery and suspense aspect in this book. I was proven wrong on a few occasions and was completely engrossed with the storyline. If you enjoy romantic suspense; this is one I’d definitely recommend!
