Dirty Crazy Bad by Siobhan Davis

4.0

4.5 for story and narration.

For the story, I was not sure what to expect. But, wow. There were so many twists and a whole lot of drama. Ashley was a great character, for the most part. She didn’t lie or hide things from her boyfriends, and she always tried to take the higher road. While she wasn’t always innocent, she did come clean. Jase and Chad were both protective, but they both lied to her. Man, towards the end, they made me so mad. I just. Ugh. Ares….damn, he was c*cky and an a**hole. In the beginning, he was so unlikable, but he slowly changed throughout his the story. He has some secret past, so I hope it’s revealed in book two! Also, this ended on a cliffhanger, so I’m even more anxious to get to the next book! Also, one of the side characters, Julia, was the worst. I absolutely hated her.

This book is dark with many twists, drama, a secret society, and ends on a cliffhanger. I’m even more anxious to get to the next book!

The narration was great, but I couldn’t really differentiate between Jase and Chad. So sometimes, I forgot whose POV it was. Other than that, it was great. I could really feel all the emotions the characters were going through.

Note: This is a dark romance and contains themes that may not be suitable for everyone.
