I feel like this author and Carly Fortune went to the same writing class, and both published a book based on an assignment they were given.  Parents buy lake house, girl falls for boy next door, eventually they part, meet back up as adults and fall in love again.  This story is so unoriginal, I tried to read the whole book, but felt like I was wasting my reading time.
