Just finished this book and OMG—this book is the definition of slow-burn, banter-filled, enemies-to-lovers gold. Think The Devil Wears Prada but if the boss was a sexy grump with a tragic past and the assistant had no filter and sass for days. Dominic and Ally? CHEMISTRY. TENSION. SMIRKY GLARES. I wanted to shake them, scream at them, then wrap them in a blanket and force them to kiss already. The spice? Chef’s kiss. The angst? Immaculate. And the humor?? I actually snorted. I don't even know how many times. If you like your romance with steam, sass, and a side of trauma bonding in designer clothes—read this.
