Steel's Edge by Ilona Andrews
5.0
Brilliant! I loved the previous book in this series, Fate's Edge, and wondered if they could possibly top it. I think they did manage to top it in this, the final installment of this series.
I'll miss this world and I know I'll wonder whatever became of Jack, George, and Sophie as they finished growing up but even feeling the bitter sweetness of ending I still set my ereader down satisfied with a tight close to both the book arc and the long arc.
I find myself wanting to once again say "this is how it should be done" but that's getting so tired. I say it with nearly everything they write.
Reading Ilona Andrews is nothing but net, always a slam-dunk.
