This is a fantastic fairy tale for young girls, one of my absolute favorites!! Rereading it as an adult, I loved Ella’s attitude and humor, the little additions of the traditional Cinderella story, and the idea of taking your fate into your own hands. Absolutely going to read this to my own children someday.
