I chose to read this as it was a romance with some Swedish connections. This was not what I expected. I thought more of the book would take place in Sweden, but only a small part of it did. I didn't particularly like the characters either, the female main character felt extremely naive and self-centered . It was however fun to see how Halle chose to describe Sweden and Swedes, even if I don't think it's accurate.
