Catastrophic Happiness: Finding Joy in Childhood's Messy Years by Catherine Newman

5.0

This books is a series of essays on parenting children from about age 5-10. It's beautiful. I love Catherine Newman's writing, the way she honors the beauty and intelligence of childhood and reminds me to do the same. She writes with humor, honesty, beauty. It's been the perfect read during these weeks of social distancing at home with my family.
