Okay I was not expecting to like this book as much as I did but Mia and Garrett are actually so much cuter than I thought they would be!?
I’ve not read a step-siblings trope before just because it’s not my style but I was committed to reading this series as a whole and I am pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Mia and Garrett’s love story.
I love the mental health rep too - Garrett’s struggles are so relevant and real and I was not expecting this book to be as emotional as it was, but I appreciate so much that we saw Garrett’s journey, vulnerability and strength. I love the body positivity for Mia too, and seeing her come into her own as a woman and embracing her sensuality.
