Vengeful Gods by Elliott Rose
5.0

4.5/5 ⭐️s

LOVES:
- Their goal is noble, even if the methods to reach the goal are not…
- The first time I’ve actually been into the term “Daddy”
- People in pain who come together to help release some of the darkness, in whatever way works for people
- When these hard, murderous dudes are so sweet. They’re all actually adorable once they open up a little.

CRITIQUES:
- The quick explanation at the beginning was a little confusing, but maybe I just wasn’t in the headspace for it
- It started to drag on a little, but then it picked right up and held my attention for the rest of the book
- The consent is different in this book so be sure to check your CW/TWs
- I’m not personally into degradation and there’s quite a bit, but it didn’t bother me much eventually

I really did come to love these characters despite there less than stellar first impression
