Can these poor people catch a fucking break??? Seriously, it felt like basically nothing good happened throughout all 600-some pages of this book. Taking off half a star only because the non-stop back-and-forth with Xaden and Violet felt like overkill at times. Like I get it, they're arguing, they have trust issues, it just really felt overly explained and drawn out at times.
