A Stroke of the Pen: The Lost Stories
by Terry Pratchett
Not giving this any star rating because I just don't think I'm the ideal audience for evaluating Pratchett's writing. He's a staple of the genre and his impact is profound; that goes without saying. However, I don't think I am his intended audience as I have struggled with everything I've read by him. I don't understand the appeal, in general, and don't find his writing enjoyable or to my taste and sense of humor. That being said, I am happy from a historical perspective that these stories were recovered and appropriately attributed to him, not only for the legacy he has left as an author but for his fans who do appreciate these tales of whimsy and absurdity.
