“No non-human creature is permitted to use or carry a wand.” So mermaids can’t be wizards unfortunately. This book has some far more interesting parts compared to the previous books in the series. The dark mark and revitalization of Voldemort could have been executed earlier rather than waiting and anticipating Harry to compete and survive the Tri-Wizard Tournament. Couldn’t they have found a strong wizard to kidnap Harry? Apparently not because there has to be a whole school year to pass in order for the plot to climax and whatnot. Overall, entertaining book that kinda feels like an anime.
