We get a lot of information about Owner in this one and, at first, I struggled to follow the story line. I believe this is intentional by the author to misdirect your attention to Butterfly and Snake. In reality, this book is very much about Owner. The trees are sharing their stories about Owner, both good and bad. Who can be trusted? Who can be believed? And the last story in this one is heartbreaking in so many ways. Another great addition to the series!
