I was truly intrigued by this trilogy, because even though I don't really read crime novels very often, I wanted to see how it's going to tie in with the Snow White fairytale. Sadly, it just wasn't for me. It's a fast read and makes you turn the pages real quick, because you want to find what's going to happen next but I just couldn't properly get into it. It might be because like I said, I'm not into crime genre, but I also managed to predict a lot of things, so all the plot twists didn't surprise me. I also didn't see any inspirations by the fairytale, except for the title which does fit the story.

If you enjoy crime and mystery, you might just like this series, but for me it's only 3 stars.
