This book sucked on every level. There was just one character I liked and he was treated like absolute crap. He is the typ of man who deserves happiness. Instead he was involved in a years-long love triangle that was absolutely ridiculous. The other guy had nothing going for him except being an asshole, aggressive alcoholic. Someone should tell the author that having a male love interest with issues doesn't make him likeable. So for me it would have been an easy choice to make but our protagonist Stevie is just a pathetic pushover. The way she ping-ponged to and fro with little regard for the good guy was disgusting to read. She had nothing going for her and I was just annoyed by her.
I was hoping for something redeeming in this book and pushed through but it wasn't worth it.
