I really wanted to love this book. The GoodReads description made me think this books would resonate with me. And it did to a degree. One thing it had that I never will have, is the belief of Christian God & Devil.
Up until about 70% in was boring. I only kept listening as I was needing some other noise then music or the music from the games I was playing. The last 30% of the book I was flabbergasted. I don't know why either. I do know I probably would have been in somewhat the same circumstances back then, considering I just don't care about things now.
For the time this was written though? I can see why it was something special. It would have been a book I would have loved and would talk about non-stop.
