The Emperor's New Drugs: Exploding the Antidepressant Myth by Irving Kirsch

5.0

I usually hate any psychology books but I really enjoyed this. The author doesn’t try to oversimplify any of the concepts and lays out a pretty convincing argument for why antidepressants are basically active placebos. And even raises some interesting avenues for future research.
