Vivian and Dante were alright, but as a couple, I couldn’t really feel their connection. I had pretty high hopes because the consensus is that this is Ana Huang’s best book, but it honestly felt flat. I think Vivian and Dante worked better as friends, but I couldn’t really see them together romantically. Other than that, the book was alright. The plot was interesting at first, but wasn’t executed properly, there wasn’t strong character development, and sometimes I felt bored.
