Dark Tower Expanded Reading— BOOK SIX.
Fell into a reading slump last month and got into gaming for a while. (Played through some of the recent Remedy games— first and second Alan Wake as well as Control.)
However— finally got back to this in the past few days and quickly fell back in love with reading. Equal to or stronger than the second Tower book, but maybe not quite to the level of The Stand still. So many powerful moments, Jake and Oy are wonderful.
The bouncing from character to character when they get to Lud turns this into quite an enthralling page turner. Lots more lore added in this entry— Old Ones! Beam Guardians! Giant bears! A cliffhanger! Full of craziness.
And, of course, Blaine is a pain.
