Definitely an enjoyable read, easy to follow and overall a decent story. I found it really hard to get past the fact that it was mostly a cut and paste of the very famous JonBenét Ramsey case because almost every detail was the same besides the ransom note. The other annoying thing was the fact that the uncle very clearly has Alzheimer's but is never actually said "his illness" "his disease" "he's sick" like come out and say it!

I did like the fact that this did not have a happy ending, I felt that was different and unique. Normally it's killer is found and justice is served. But this was nice.
