This was intriguing enough to keep me listening to the end, to see who the murderer would be.  But I almost gave up with only an hour or so left, and googled the end, because of a very unnecessary and highly disturbing sex scene.  Overall the sex in this book was way over done.  Literally everyone in this small town is sleeping around.  Eventually it just felt like the only way the author had to show you that no one here was a good person (even people I think we were supposed to see as good...like the grandmother.). The male "villains" were basically the same character when you boiled it down. The main character made so many bad choices I was fed up with her by the end.  The intrusive thoughts voice was somewhat funny at first, but became repetitive and annoying. The more I think about it, the lower my opinion drops.
