it’s a tough read when it comes to the drug abuse, but it’s done in a way that provides insight into addiction rather than glorifying it or villainising those that are addicted.
that being said, i loved it. it’s definitely an emotional rollercoaster so get your tissues out. i loved both redeeming and saving 6 almost as much, if not more, than binding and keeping 13. joey is such a complicated character with a lot of layers to him but i’m so glad he got his happy ending!!
