A Triple Knot
by Emma Campion
3.5 stars, rounded up for interest.
I knew next to nothing about Joan of Kent and her relationship with the Black Prince. This was a fascinating, if sorrowful, novel. It was well-written and seemingly well-researched with believable characters and a very good author's note at the end. The narration was a little slow, but the voice of the reader fit the time and subject.
