Oh man…I really wanted to love this book and have been looking forward to reading it. The concept was definitely unique but the story just fell a bit flat for me. The first 25% had me cringing and just feeling bad for David. I never really got attached to him which lead the book to feel like it was dragging. The second quarter was good and parts of the ending were interesting. I would still recommend giving it a try though!
