This was a super lovely, lower angst read (though it did touch on some heavy themes in our MCs/side characters past) the interplay and relationship development between Drake & Finn was sweet, spicy, and genuine!
There were references to characters from Drake's past from another series, but I didn't find it to detract from Finn/Drake's story and the music festival plot.
Love in Maplewood is a multi-author shared world with interconnected stand-alones. There may be cameos or crossover between books but they can be read alone or in any order.
*GRR arc reader. Thoughts and opinions my own*
