I'm not a big fan of Jaqueline Woodson but I absolutely LOVED Before the Ever After.
It's great if you like reading about families and their relationships with each other.
The writing style is great and the book is funny and sad at the same time.
What made me read this book was actually its name as I wanted to find out why it had such a curious name.
I'd recommend it to fans of Michael Morpurgo (or anyone else).
