Branches in Healing: Tales of Unsung Heroes

All of these authors (and the list is impressive) did a wonderful job sending me through different scenarios. This is a series of short stories that all deal with the aftermath of war. It’s about their healing and whatever it takes for them to feel better. Whether they are a service man or woman or the family/spouse left behind. Sometimes it takes understanding, forgiveness of self and love to recover from these tragedies.
This book covers many many stories that are different but yet the same. These authors did a good job of writing stories built around one tragic accident. Some of these stories....OMG! I had tears, I was shocked and I laughed a few times. They were all good...and some of these characters?...Phew! They blew my mind!

My one suggestion to the reader would be to make sure you read the Info after the title of the book is given. Most of them are background info or a prelude of the story and Since they are short stories a little background helps to eliminate confusion.

For everyone who has had a loved one leave and your not sure they will make it back. Or if they do they feel incomplete for loss of brotherhood, limb or self....This book is for you.
