After reading the first two, which were incredible, I fell into a reading slump and didn't finish this one until 3 months later. However, it did not dissapoint.
I guess since I've watched the movies it was easier to remember what happened in the previous two books, but the book started off nicely and was easy to get into. At no point did it seem slow/boring - the plot was also very easy to follow, and entertaining.
It was interesting to see the differences between the books and the movies! Obviously with any adaptation there will be alterations, but I think I prefer the books overall.
This has a rating of 4 stars because although it was a good book, I feel that it didn't have that particular wow factor that Catching Fire in particular had. Still a fantastic read. It had, in my opinion, the perfect ending for Katniss and Peeta. Gale is overhated as always.
