Very good. Interesting premise. At times, especially earlier on, I was a bit confused about the basic "rules" of the premise, but that might have been part of the story; the protagonist knows all too little about what she does as well.
WARNING : The second book in the series was published, but a third never has been, and the author has written a number of times on Twitter that she doesn't know when she'll ever return to it (various things happened...). So don't get started if you're going to be disappointed, like me, to not have an ending to read.
