This is my first book I have ever read from Colleen Hoover, and all I am going to say is… if her other books are written this beautifully.. I don’t think my heart can take it. (But I will DEFINITELY continue reading her other books)

I would be lying if I said I got this book because of the plot or characters… I got this for the romance. However, I did not know that the ‘romance’ was going to make me emotional. I feel like this book shows the difference between a soulmate (someone who is supposed to be in your life) and the Love of your life (someone who is meant to be with you). This made me sit and think, a soulmate does not necessarily have to be romantic. It could be a friend, a family member, a coworker, etc. Someone who made an impact in your life and made you who you are. I felt like that was Rachel towards Miles, but then Tate comes along.

What I liked:
The smut… it was nice and I am not going to lie about it. Secondly, I enjoyed seeing the realistic struggle that the characters went through, it made it easier to relate to them one way or another.
Also it was funny, there were many times throughout the day where I’ll be in class or work and I’ll laugh about something that was said in the book.

What I did not like:
Even though this book had smut every other chapter (no joke) there were times where I felt like nothing was happening, there was no development of character or plot. Also I felt like the relationship between Miles and Rachel was kinda rushed and didn’t have the closure that I would have wanted or expected, considering what they went through. Lastly, there were some questions that were not really answered.

Overall, I want everyone to read this and I think it deserved the hype.
