The Humanity Archive: Recovering the Soul of Black History from a Whitewashed American Myth by Jermaine Fowler

informative medium-paced

3.75

This book is a sweeping survey of black history, highlighting how it intertwines with American and global history. It serves as a beginner-friendly reference of black history, offering lesser-known people and events to spark further research, but lacks depth for experienced readers. I thought it was a little too long and some parts dragged. However, I would still recommend it.
