The Sacred Life of Bread: Uncovering the Mystery of an Ordinary Loaf by Meghan Murphy-Gill, Meghan Murphy-Gill

Did not finish book. Stopped at 11%.
I have religious trauma, and while the author seems like a lovely and accepting person, I had to put it down because I started dissociating. I think it was the language… spiritual people often have similar ways of speaking. I’m disappointed I can’t keep reading. I love bread. I want to make bread. Maybe in another few years I’ll have healed enough to come back to this.
