A wonderful Western Historical Romance perfect for Dr. Quinn fans.

I was so excited when I read the blurb for this upcoming book because I was a HUGE fan of the old Dr. Quinn series and was eager to read a historical romance that featured a female doctor practicing in the American west! Dr. Elliot (Ellie) Lennox trained in Boston and began her early days of practice there, but after an unfortunate medical mistake, couldn’t continue practicing and needed a fresh start. She journeys west to Colorado to open a clinic in the small town of Sage Canyon. I absolutely loved all the characters in this novel. Each one, from Audrey, the boarding house owner, to Jack, who may share a connection with Ellie, had their own little piece of the story. I loved the little medical stories and getting to see what rural life was like back in Colorado at the turn of the century, and also what it was like to practice rural medicine back then. I very much hope there will be more books in this series as I want to see what happens to the characters as they further develop.
