i love love love this book. it's so relatable. the ghanaian experience of having immagrant parents in a western country is something not everyone experiences. it's so particular to each household but we all share similarities, like aunties on your case for not knowing how to speak a local language.
this book truly was amazing. shu is my favourite character even though she didn't get that much screen time. maddie you deserve so much love babe.
