It was okay. Things did not go the way I hoped it to go.
I mean the writing was good and all but the sequence of events made me turn against the main character and got me rooting against her.

Honestly I don't know why Gemma had to die. it was literally so sad, and Gemma was painted to be a bright and cheerful and joyful character. Before this, I thought that maybe all the elites could come together and it would be happy, but once Gemma died, I found myself rooting for the Daggers instead of the Rose Society. It all went downhill from there.....
