I read and watched multiple reviews on this book and I didn’t expect to feel anything since I’m not at all an emotional person with sad books. This book, however, absolutely wrecked me. The way the book is formatted makes you feel like they have so much time together and made me forget that they were eventually going to die despite that being the title of the book. One part I can appreciate is this books’ focus is on the relationship aspect, the way they both changed after meeting each other even though they had only met 24 hours before. I also appreciate that it doesn’t outwardly state that it’s LGBT so those who are not out and/or in an unaccepting home, like me, can read it and still feel represented. Overall great book with amazing suspense and relationships.
