tolk 's review for:
Bear, Otter, and the Kid
by TJ Klune
Rating: anything between 3 and 5 stars
I'm finding this book really difficult to rate because at times it was an awesome 5 and at others I was tempted to skip bits that were repetitions of what I already knew.
I still think it's a good read but I know that his style and I don't always go together well: One book of his I don't like at all and the next I absolutely love. So what's there to do? Read more of his work, of course, because I don't want to miss out on the awesome bits!
[Edited: I enjoyed my re-read of this book so much that I actually have to up my rating to 4.5. Even the repetitions made so much more sense for the story this time around. can't wait to read the rest of the series! ]
