Queen of Myth & Monsters is definitely a middle trillogy plot builder, pacing severely slowed down compared to book one and as much as I enjoyed it, it was a little too slow for my liking and the betrayals too easily guessed. I loved seeing Isolde coming into herself, acpting ger past and the changes to her present situation. The story ended on a major but predictable cliffhanger ang I'll definitely reading the 3rd book for the conclusion.
